I would like to express my gratitude to Heritage Senior Living – Deer Creek. My mom lived in independent living for four years, assisted living for one year, and ended up in enhanced care and memory care her last few months. I had the pleasure of getting to know the staff. I can’t thank the staff enough for the care they provided my mom. They were genuinely kind, attentive and patient. I was impressed how all the staff knew all the residents’ names and genuinely cared about the resident’s needs – it showed in how they interacted with them. Mom has been at Heritage Deer creek Assisted living for about 6 months. From the first meet and greet we felt that the management and staff have an honest concern for all the residents under their care. Heritage ensures that all needs are met. They offer and follow up with meals, laundry, showers, medication distribution, work with family doctors, offer many activities, and many daily checkups on welfare with a balance of not interfering with one’s privacy. The change from senior apartment to assisted living is a big adjustment for the resident and family. Heritage management and staff were very helpful and continue to offer their assistance in this transition. Staff is available 7x24. That’s peace of mind for family. (Maintenance actually changed a light bulb at 11:00 at night) I recommend Heritage at Deer Creek for anyone that is looking for exceptional care from Senior apartments, assisted living and memory care. ~ Cliff P
My mother resided here for 2 years. 1year in assisted living, 1 year in memory care. The executive director, Jackie is an excellent leader and has developed a culture of kindness, caring and teamwork. The nursing staff is top notch and truly look after each and every resident. The activities team led by Nick keep the residents active and involved. My mom had celiac disease and Chef Tyler and the food service staff worked hard to give her a good variety of quality food while meeting her gluten free status. If ever we had issues with her care the staff was very responsive. Leadership was accessible at all times. ~ Jeanne H
